We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Job applications are kept on our active ATS dashboard for a maximum of 30 days unless selected as one of the 5 most recent submissions, after which they are archived or permanently erased in line with our retention rules. Care records are retained in line with NHS Scotland retention guidance.

• Access your personal data (Subject Access Request)
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data (Unsuccessful applicants and former staff can request the permanent deletion of their files, CVs, references, contracts, and database records, which will be fully purged from our systems by a Super Admin)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

Our website uses essential cookies to ensure basic functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Session cookies are used for admin authentication and are deleted when your browser is closed or the session expires.
